Excellent service and location. Very good breakfast and service.

Breakfast and good kitchen staff

The bathroom shower drain overflowed every time we showered horrible experience mess everywhere. The staff and management did little to nothing to help us all they said was we can mop the floor for you. We paid 2000 euros and horrible room. Horrible view. I could touch the ceiling that’s how low it was. Not worth the money . I had kids with me or I would leave it as soon as I saw it but I was stuck because of my kids for 10 days. Every time we home to shower at the end of the day water everywhere it was like flood in the bathroom overflowing at 1 am we were putting towels to stop the water from going into the room and staff didn’t even bother to come up and look.

The staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The hotel was clean and very good located.The breakfast was very good.

The mattress was not very comfortable. As someone who has some back issues, it did not help..

Visited during winter heating was running, It was warm for us inside the room so had to keep window open because of that we could hear traffic and construction noise late night

Location is perfect. Staff is exellent. They are helpfull, kind and so positive.

It was very dark in the room, and there was no a good view (on the street with bright banners at night). Some of the things that the hotel gave you as the new one were used (I mean, these small boxes in the bathroom)—be careful with that.

We requested a deluxe twin bed room, and it was approved.I'd like to share with my positive experiences and the issue staying in the hotel.On the first day of my arrival at 5am, we had our information registered and we left our luggage in the lobby as the official check-in is not ready yet. We returned to the hotel at about 4pm. However, we were told that there was no more room with twin beds. We approached the lobby counter for help, and finally the staff helped us to change the king-size bed to twin bed.In the breakfast time, the staff, Gõkçe, was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the Turkish coffee she made.Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, places of interest, as well as the tram stop and ferry port, which makes exploring the city very easy.The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a good of variety. Service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention goes to Irfan at the reception – he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to dine at, and the best transport options to get around.Thanks to his assistance, our stay was even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in a perfect location, and we would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel with very nice workers. and very clean and good location with a nice coffee shop at the corner.

Nice hotel but you can hear the noise in the hallway from your room and you can hear the house keeper cleaning the other rooms. The breakfast options weren’t lot and very limited. I didn’t like the hotel blankets they feels like hospital blankets. Other than that very nice place.

Small hotel with exceptional hospitality. The reception provide us with instruction to get to desired destination.Hotel is also in walking distance to most tourist attractions ( cisterns, Hagia Sophia…)One day I need breakfast before official service time and they prepared packed sandwiches for me. I would love to return in next visit

Exceptionally great location just 10 minutes from the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Hajj Sophia. Very clean apartments. Very pleasant staff.

Pretty poor breakfast. Not a lot of variety. The towels were not very good quality. My whole body was covered with small threads from the towel. The towels were synthetic to give discomfort after showering.

The accommodation is excellent. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, the rooms are very clean and the food is delicious. We are most satisfied with the staff, especially the receptionist Irfan, who was very helpful, always smiling and ready to help. He also gave us his public transport card to make transportation easier for us, for which we are very grateful.

Stayed here for four nights with the family (6 of us two rooms) . Staff were always extremely pleasant and always accommodating our needs . Location is 10 out of 10 everything is in walking distance no need for taxis or trams . A special shout out to Bikkar who made the extra effort to make us all comfortable! Will be back soon !

Location, within walking distance of a markets, shops, cafes and public transport stops. Excellent friendly staff. Cozy comfortable room with everything you need. Delicious varied breakfasts. High-speed Wi-Fi, which is very convenient for work

Perfect location to access the main attractions in the historical center, also steps away from the Marmaray station for a quick ride to the Asian side.Beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Every day there is a bottle of water in the mini-fridge. Breakfast is decent.

Nice location, close to the station and to the bridge.Unfortunately for me the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all . Unfortunately it’s also super loud, you can hear everything from the corridor.Breakfast was good and service is also nice
